I began chiropractic care with Sheely Chiropractic on January 7, 2005. I was suffering from pain in my lower back, hips and neck. I had migraine headaches daily and was on Imitrex. On top of that, I was consuming Motrin 800. This was taking

place for 1-1/2 years before I came in for care. Before coming to Sheely Chiropractic, I had been to see my primary medical doctor. I was taking Imitrex 50mg; 100 mg, Motrin 800 just about anything to make the pain go away.

My normal life was interrupted as my hips and back were in constant pain. I couldn't sit or drive for long distances. After coming to see Dr. Sheely, the first week, my headaches were almost gone! I stopped taking medications. My hips and lower back took a little longer but have been pain-free for about 3-4 weeks now. The benefits I have seen through chiropractic care are my back and hips don't hurt even after a full day of sitting or working a 12-hour shift. I began treatment with Sheely Chiropractic at the end of March 2005. I was suffering from fibromyalgia, lower back pain, and neck pain contributing to headaches. Every morning I would wake up in pain and sore. I had been

experiencing these problems since high school. Before coming to Sheely Chiropractic, I had been to two other chiropractors. I would take Motrin for pain, Flexeril for my muscle spasms.

After five to six months of care I began to have more pain free or less pain days. I saw an improvement overall after a few weeks. The care I received and exercises I continue to do continue to help me. I have come to a point where I don't have as many headaches, my back pain is better and I actually have an improved pain free range of motion in my daily life. I still have headaches and back pain, but it is much better as I continue with my exercises. I thank Dr. Sheely and his staff. My chiropractic care with Sheely Chiropractic began April 21, 2004. Before coming in for care, I was experiencing lower back pains, upper neck pains, and consistent headaches. I had suffered with the back pain, neck pain, and headaches

for 1 year before coming in for care. I did not seek care with any other physicians for this pain but was trying to handle the problem with Tylenol. My pain caused me to always be aching or hurting during my day-to-day activities.
